Join Lynda for a gentle yoga class, full of breath and meditation. Tea and mindfulness meditation techniques will follow. All levels welcome!

As we continue to stack things up and find balance through each day, help your little ones focus and relax with this enriching yoga series. Join Claire, for mindful movements, proper alignment, strengthen their bodies, some relaxation and meditation...all wrapped in FUN!!
