This special yoga series is for young ladies to feel empowered and grounded in their changing lives. Find layers of improvement in concentration, confidence, coordination, strength and balance, as well as increased body awareness. It cultivates a respect for self and others, all while creating a feeling of well-being. Ms. Amanda will help your young ladies embrace their own unique strengths, fill their hearts with color and find inner peace.
Weekly - Thursdays 5:00 to 6:00 pm through March 19th
Girls ONLY - Grades 6 to 8.
All members and participants must arrive BEFORE class begins. Please respect and value everyone's time for these guided-instructed classes. The door will lock promptly at the time listed so each class can begin, avoid disruption and ensure studio safety. Please also eliminate the cell phone usage...connect mind, body and soul.
